Believing in the power of entrepreneurship when it was not in vogue, Mr Anil Sehgal laid the foundation stone of MT Autocraft back in 1983 in the small town of Parwanoo in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh.

 

Today, Mr Sehgal’s commitment to quality, strong leadership skills and business acumen have earned MT Autocraft the tag of a leading automotive machined components and assemblies supplier.

 

But the annual turnover of Rs 310 crore is not what makes the erudite founder most proud. It is the jobs that the company has created, and the smiles it brings to its employees and their families that give the benevolent entrepreneur contentment and energy to march ahead on his endeavours even after three decades of incessant hard work.

 

Mr Sehgal’s commitment to society is evident from his healthcare venture, Paras Hospital, which is popular for the quality and timely assistance it provides to its patients.

 

Continuing his legacy of 30 years, Mr Sehgal is turning his focus toward driving India’s transition to electric mobility by investing in MTA EV and delighting his customers once again will top-class e-mobility solutions.

Mr. Vivek Jakhmola, one of the key architects of India’s modern auto-component manufacturing ecosystem, is hailed as a profound technocrat. In the past 25 years, he has successfully achieved magnificent milestones in the Indian automotive Inc.

 

An avid advocate of green and sustainable technologies, he recently turned into an entrepreneur to propel the cause of sustainability and environmentally friendly future mobility.

 

He is the man behind some of India’s most valuable and successful joint ventures. As a committed innovator, he has been mentoring and guiding many new-age entrepreneurs and companies.

 

An engineer at heart, Mr.. Jakhmola has multiple patents to his credit. Mr . Jakhmola, having worked with European, Japanese, Korean firms, has an impeccable legacy of leading people of different nationalities and ethnicities.

 

In his last assignment, he was a President at JBM Ltd, a public listed entity and a JV of Maruti Suzuki and JBM Group. He has also served as a Domain Head at Lumax Group - Body Emission & Trim Domain. He has also been a Coordinator for Northern Indian region for Toyota Kirloskar Supplier Association. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Student Activities at SAE North India.

 

His perseverance and endurance throughout his arduous journey in India's fast evolving automotive sector has won more than 50 awards and recognition from Auto OEMs and other institutions of repute.
