MTA EV has started building its first manufacturing facility in Prithla Industrial Area of Palwal in Haryana.

The plant spread in 1,30,000 sq ft is fully sustainable and uses mostly natural lighting to reduce carbon footprint. It uses the majority of the biodegradable and recyclable material all designed and developed by in-house engineers.

In the first phase, the manufacturing facility is constructed in 20000 sq ft mainly catering to the manufacturing of the e-mobility solutions. The unit will be a fully integrated smart manufacturing setup with in-house facilities for complete drivetrain testing and battery testing. It will also be equipped with Full Vehicle Automated Testing, Conveyor for In-line Feed & Assembly, Vehicle scanning- PDI, production monitoring, paint shop, automatic windscreen assy, chassis fabrication and surface coating among others. The Manufacturing Setup is fully compliant to all standards of Automotive Practices to assure the trust and belief of customers on quality. All manufacturing lines adhere to TPM and TQM and Poka-Yoke protocols.

The facility is fully flexible and capable of manufacturing
electric 2, 3, and 4 wheeler cargo vehicles from the same
facility to optimize the efficiency. The facility will also cater to
the manufacturing of electric 2Ws and automatic EV
transmissions for the export markets.
